1. Information for the user

Nuria Bueno del Romo, hereafter, the Data Protection Officer, is the person in charge for the processing of the User’s personal data and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and the Organic Law on Data Protection 15/1999 (LOPD) concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and therefore provides you with the following Processing Information.

Purpose of data processing

Respond to requests for information and services, maintaining a business relationship with the User.

The operations foreseen to carry out the Processing include:

Forward commercial advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, which allow to maintain commercial communications. These communications will be made by the Data Protection Officer and will be related to her products and services, or those of the collaborators or suppliers with whom she has reached a promotion agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.

Carry out statistical studies.

Process orders, requests or any type of request made by the User through any of the forms of contact that are made available.

Data retention criteria

The data provided will be kept for the time necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. After this period, they shall be removed by taking appropriate security measures to ensure their pseudonymisation or total destruction, as long as they do not have any outstanding obligations.

Communication of the data

The personal data provided will not be transferred or communicated to third parties, not even for storage, unless there is a legal obligation to do so.

Rights of the User

Right of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, portability and oblivion.

In order to exercise any right, the holder must provide the following to the Data Protection Officer:

Photocopy of ID card or equivalent document.

Request in which the query is specified.

Address for notification purposes, date and signature

Supporting documents for the requested submitted, if any.

If, lapsed the terms settled down by law, no express notification has been received from the Data Protection Officer, informing that the resolution of the request has been made, the person affected may file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD – agpd.es).

2. Mandatory or optional nature of the information provided by the User

By checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked as mandatory on the contact form or on the downloaded forms, Users expressly agree, freely and unequivocally, that their data are necessary for the provider to deal with their request, while the inclusion of data in the other fields is voluntary. The User guarantees that the personal data provided to the Data Protection Officer are truthful and is responsible for notifying any changes to them.

All data requested through the website are necessary for the provision of an optimal service to the User. In the event that not all data are provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will fully meet your needs.

3. Security measures

The Data Protection Officer declares that, in accordance with the provisions of the personal data protection regulations in force, she complies with all the provisions of the GDPR and the LOPD for the processing of personal data for which she is responsible, and expressly with the principles described in article 5 of the RGPD, whereby data are processed in a lawful, loyal and transparent manner in relation to the data subject and in an adequate, relevant and limited manner to what is necessary for the purposes for which the data is processed.

The Data Protection Officer guarantees that she has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of the Users and has provided them with the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.
